Richard Galvan of G5 Internet Services sexually assaulted a 17 year old girl who was a jr. in high school. He has spent much time around young impressionable people in roles of leadership including serving on the board for the Fellowship of Christian Athletes which serves high school aged teenagers. This outrageous behavior has been deemed a matter of public concern by the 13th Court of Appeals in Texas.
